This service agreement authorizes Velocity Design to provide design, art direction, production, copywriting and client services for the project specified above. Client agrees to pay the charges accrued for the services provided. You will receive an email confirming your purchase within 24 hours of submitting this form. Additional details will be provided at that time for submitting your text, logo, and photos. A first draft of your design will be provided via email following receipt of these materials. One round of revisions will be included. This should be provided via a single email as a list of changes following receipt the first draft. A round of revisions will be defined as a list submitted in one email. Additional revisions will be billed hourly at a rate of $50. If no revisions are necessary or once they are made to satisfaction, please confirm approval of final artwork. It wil then be submitted as indicated in this form.

A deposit equal to 50% of the total will be invoiced for projects with a total price over $200; balance invoiced upon completion submission of final artwork. Projects with a total under $200 will be billed in full. All invoices are submitted electronically via email and are Net 15. Rejection of the completed project or cancellation during its execution will result in forfeiture of deposit and the possible billing for all additional labor or expenses to date.

Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text or graphics furnished to Velocity Design for inclusion in the design does not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another company or organization. Client will hold harmless and protect the Velocity Design from any claim or suit arising from the use of such as furnished by the client. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the name of their product, company or service is not already in use, and it is the client's sole responsibility to secure a service mark or trademark to protect the rights to any name or image. Velocity Design will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image. Ownership of the final artwork becomes the full property of the client, having unlimited, indefinite and unrestricted use of the design upon payment of all fees. Velocity Design retains the right to display the artwork in corporate portfolios and marketing materials. Where applicable the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements. Unless otherwise arranged, all stock photography is used under royalty-free licence of Velocity Design. As such, the client has legal rights to use the photography only within the scope of the purchased design, and all original copyright is retained by the photographer or licensing agency.

ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT: The above prices, specifications and conditions are hereby accepted. Velocity Design is authorized to execute the project as outlined in this agreement. Payment will be made as proposed above.
